06How long do I earn commissions?
Lifetime. As long as your referral remains a PT5 customer, you earn on every order they place.
07Can I refer myself or create multiple accounts?
No. Self-referrals are prohibited and will result in program termination.
08What if my referral cancels or gets a refund?
Commissions are calculated on completed orders. If an order is cancelled or refunded, the corresponding commission is deducted from your balance.
09What happens if my referral has unpaid debt?
In cases of fraud or bad debt, PT5 reserves the right to claw back commissions earned from the affected referral.
