PT5Global earns through an agreed service fee, not by hiding every margin inside a bundled price.
Carrier rates, factory prices, and exchange rates can move, so quotes may need re-confirmation.
Special inspections, packaging materials, or sensitive-cargo handling are quoted before approval.
Limitations to confirm
- Factory prices can change due to raw materials, stock, MOQ, or supplier decisions.
- Shipping rates can change because of fuel, peak season, route capacity, or carrier rules.
- Customs duties and import taxes are set by destination authorities, not PT5Global.
- Some post-shipment carrier surcharges can only be confirmed after the carrier issues them.
