No Refund or Resend - We don't pay for buyer's fault

Defectives - Troubles from the factory

Anyway, we are willing to discuss this with you if it happens. A part of the compensation can be provided depends on the real situation.

Fully Refund or Resend - We pay for our fault

Custom Clearance - Troubles at the custom

It’s suggested to offer insurance to your buyers. Some of our clients running well selling it at the 1/20 to 1/10 of the parcel cost, to provide no-reason fully refund to the buyers.
