We try the best to avoid hidden charges. To make everything clear and transparent, our charge according to the list below for our services but nothing more:
- Commission: 10% of the product cost and the freight (can be reduced to 5% according to the VIP level);
- Packing cost (Dropshipping): $0.5/kg for any parcel less than 10kgs; to be discussed if there's special request of the packing and repacking.
- Packing cost (Consolidation): $5/carton.
- Packing cost (Wholesale): $2/carton.
- Payment extra: 3% of the parcel value (charged by alibaba.com and other payment platform, paypal business payment unaccepted);
- Refundable cost: There're charges for sample inspection, sample consolidation, store integration, etc. All can be refund or deducted after VIP Level 1 reached;
- VIP discount:
VIP1: The service charge will be reduced to 9% when accumulated orders reach US$2000
VIP2: The service charge will be reduced to 8% when accumulated orders reach US$5000;
VIP3: The service charge will be reduced to 7% when accumulated orders reach US$10000;
VIP4: The service charge will be reduced to 6% when accumulated orders reach US$20000.
VIP5: The service charge will be reduced to 5% when accumulated orders reach US$50,000.
