A better service: Your agent can't response in time or in wrong manner.
Solution: We will change the agent for you to get it improved.
A better source: You know your competitor working with cheaper cost or better quality;
Solution: The supervisor will check the product and quote again. Or arrange the samples to check the quality.
Good products: You are not sure the products to sell.
Solution: The supervisor will be open to test the product with you, and suggest the product collections of your catagery.
Good marketing: You can't get enough order with the reasonable investment on ads.
Solution: The supervisor can introduce you to some of our clients that good at marketing, if he's willing to talk with you.
Complaint on the delivery or quality: Your customer raised a dispute on paypal and the agent refused to help.
Solution: The supervisor will resolve as the priority for refund or resend, and then we can discuss how to split the responsibility.
New Store or project: Before scaling, you want everything well arranged for this Q4!
Suggestion: The supervisor will check the availability and the capacity of your product to make sure the supply chain will be fine for your scaling. He will also check the cost and the delivery period shipping to overseas warehouses and fulfill from the local, by sea and by air, to ensure the lowest cost and enough shipping time for your future orders.

Suggestion: The supervisor will be able to upgrade your shipping line.
