Dispute: If the agent can't provide good solution on dispute or complaint, the supervisor will review the case and talk with you.

What we can do?

An agent will handle your supply chain in china from the beginning to the end, or any part of them, as listed below:
Product Sourcing: Check the product you demanded on 1688.com according to the photos or links.
Quotation: Quote to you in text or excel/pdf in time.
Purchasing: Buy the products from the 1688 suppliers on your behalf.
Quality Control: Arrange the sample inspection or bulk order inspection as required.
Stock Control: For both China and overseas warehouses. Update the stock level to you to ensure all the skus are available.
Branding and Repacking: Give customization suggestion and arrange the production if necessary.
Packing and Delivery: Take care of the packing jobs in the warehouse to make sure right product/package being delivered.
Aftersales Service: Check the status of the parcel until it's well delivered without dispute. Once there's the complaint, he will check the reason and provide the solution or suggestion immediately.

What we can't do?

We don't work on all the fields of online business
we focus on the dropshipping fulfillment.
Hot Products: Though many customers ask for it, we suggest our clients choose from Aliexpress top 1000, Amazon hot list or Facebook library. We know many apps or dropshipping agents provide such service that you can go for it too. As a policy, we don't reveal any product of our clients to other potential competitors.
Marketing: We are not specialized in marketing and we never suggest on that. If you do need help, we can introduce some of our clients that good at marketing.

Store Integration:

We use some apps to connect to stores on Shopify and many other platforms. To make it easier, it requires a full access staff account of your store and we will do the rest. The integration will be usually done in five minutes and then you can set it back to limited access. If you don't like to share the full access, you can do it by yourslef as the alternative. The app is in Chinese but it's only for us to fulfill.
Find out the app dianxiaomi from Shopify (apps.shopify.com) and then install into your store.
Set up a limited access (to orders) account in your store with our email.
We will get an invitation email and then get your store connected.
We can also fulfill the orders according to csv order files that you exported from your store.

Transparent Cost:

We require all the cost to be listed clearly and transparently. A complete costlist should include:
1688 link: The factory photo should contain the link of the product so that you can see the CNY price.
Product Cost: Net from the CNY price of the factory page.
Inland Freight: $1.2/pc or ignored when you buy at least 20pcs for setting up the stocks.
Freight to Destination: Follow the rate sheet to the destination country.
Tax & Duty: VAT (EU), GST (Commonwealth) and Sales Tax (US).
Packing Cost: $0.5/parcel for dropshipping.
Service Charge: 10% of the parcel cost.
Payment Extra: 3% of the total value.
Exchange Rate: Rate from US$ to CNY will be updated every month.
Weight: This data must be shown so that the supervisor can review the price calculation.
Discount: The service charge can be reduce to 5% according to the VIP level below.
VIP1: The service charge will be reduced to 9% when accumulated orders reach US$2000;
VIP2: The service charge will be reduced to 8% when accumulated orders reach US$5000;
VIP3: The service charge will be reduced to 7% when accumulated orders reach US$10000;
VIP4: The service charge will be reduced to 6% when accumulated orders reach US$20000;
VIP5: The service charge will be reduced to 5% when accumulated orders reach US$50,000.

Delivery Period:

Many requries 3 days shipping to USA or UK that it's almost impossible for DHL and UPS. The delivery period determines by many factors include:
Product: Different product use different lines. All the lines can take ordinary goods and most of them have lines for battery goods. The choice for cosmetics (with liquid, gel or powder) and sensitive products (such as the dangerous products like candle, power banks, gun-shaped, real plants）will be limited with higher freight and slower delivery.
Line: Many forwarders have 2-3 lines to the same destinations. We called them economic, standard and priority. From the name, the priority is the fastest but the cost must be the highest too.
Stocks: We always suggest our clients keep the stocks, not only to save the inland freight, but also shorten the delivery period. If you don't have any stocks in our warehosue, we need to buy the goods when you have orders. The delivery from the factory to us may take 3-4 days in many cases. Sometimes, if the factory out of the stock, and we can't find the same from the market either, we will have trouble of sending the parcel out, that will certainly bring the disputes or complaints from the buyers.
Uncontrollable Delays: The shipment of a parcel to the final buyer has many parts involved in from the start: Local forwarder in China, dropshipping agent, dropshipping forwarder, airline, customs of the both sides, local forwarder at the destination, etc. The delay may occurred if there's any delay from any part inside.

Aftersales Service:

We believe all the final buyers are in good willing even they complaint or dispute, they just need the clear fact and good communication to get a solution. We focus below to work together with our clients to get better feedback from the final buyers:
Early Warning: Our team takes care of the parcel status every day. Once it stuck somewhere for 3 days or more, we will try to know the reason and report this to our client. The final buyers can be informed the same earlier than they found the delay. In most cases, they will be happy to wait longer.
Priority Compensation: We will refund or resend to the customer for no reason whenever our client demands to do so, even if we should not be responsiblt to it. The cost will be split according to our refund/resend policy: We will only take the part we should cover, the rest will be on behalf of our client.
Negotiation with the China Supplier: For any defectives or undelivered parcels, we will discuss to the factories or forwarders for compansation, on behalf of our clients. Usually Chinese suppliers will only ask for defectives return and resend to us, that impossible for its cost, and the forwarders will require the "proofs" and the "order evidence" to refund the freight. It's very hard for our clients to get anything back. We will do the negotiation for our clients to get the better results.
Delivery Note: We will get shipping proofs for our clients from the forwarders, to help them win the disputes.

Payment:

We accept all the payment methods including Paypal, West Union, Payoneer, PingPong and wire tansfer to Alibaba.com, Wise.com and our company account. For Paypal, only personal payment accepted for dropshipping. Paypal buyers’s protection requires the parcel to be sent exactly to the address registered on Paypal, otherwise, the buyer can withdraw the payment in 180 days.
The 3% payment extra will be always unless you pay in CNY cash from Wechat or Alipay account inside China. Or we need to use Alibaba.com to exchange the currency and 3% is the cost from Alibaba.
